In the heart of the historic center of Monte Vidon Combatte stands the “Chiesa delle Anime Sante” (Church of the Holy Souls), an elegant example of Baroque architecture dating back to 1701. Its sober yet harmonious façade is embellished with a triangular tympanum bearing an intercessory inscription, with side niches that once housed statues of saints.
Dedicated to the Souls in Purgatory, the small church reflects the deep popular devotion and spirituality typical of the 18th century, still offering a place of silence and contemplation in the heart of the village.
